We are built on real experience, real business ownership, and a genuine understanding of the trades industry.

This business was founded by Sarah — an entrepreneur with hands-on experience in building, managing, and growing businesses from the ground up.

From a young age, Sarah has always worked — starting on market stalls in Milton Keynes & Stevenage and in waitressing at various events at just 15. That early drive to earn, build, and learn developed into a career in customer service, administration, and management before stepping fully into entrepreneurship.

Her first business, Aylestone Castle Hire, combined hiring inflatables bouncy castles and aldult inflatables, such as, gladiators, sumo suits, slides and more, to balloon decorating, and mascot hire, all under one brand. Built from the ground up, starting with a van and 3 bouncy castles and ending in 22 inflatables, 2 vans and multiple staff. It ran successfully for seven to eight years before being sold — giving her first-hand experience in launching, growing, marketing, managing, and exiting a business.

After qualifying in mortgage advice and launching her own company, Mortgage Your Home LTD, market changes during Brexit and COVID shifted the direction of her journey.

That pivot led to the setup and management of a joinery business, where she handled everything behind the scenes — company formation, marketing, sales, payroll, HR, documentation, supplier management, staff meetings, and customer relations. She also supported with an excellent trades team, an apprentice through his joinery qualification.

Trades aren’t just a sector we work with — they’re part of our background. Growing up around builders, plasterers, roofers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, hairdressers and beauticians  and self-employed family members, we understand the mindset, the work ethic, and the pressure that comes with running a trade business. We know what a good job looks like — and we know how much effort goes into delivering one.

We are entrepreneurial by nature. We thrive on building, improving, and helping businesses grow.

Now, our focus is simple: supporting trades with the structure, visibility, and systems they need to win more work and run smoother businesses.
